Contact

There is one address and a person reads it. Below is what to write and what to attach, so the answer comes back on the first try instead of the third.

Updated July 31, 2026Version 1.0

Draft. The seller details are not filled in yet, so this document is not final.

1. Where to write

Write to the support address in our details at the bottom of this page. It is the same address for every question: payments, data, mistakes in a text, research, anything else.

We answer in the language of your message when we can, and in English otherwise. It usually takes a day or two; in a busy week it can take longer. If a week passes with nothing, send the message again: a spam filter somewhere between us is the usual explanation.

There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would need one more anti-spam service watching you, and an email address does the same work without it.

2. If your question is about a payment

Tell us enough to find the purchase without a second round of letters:

  • the date of the payment, roughly the time if you remember it;
  • the email address you typed at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from;
  • the access link to your result, if you still have it;
  • what you see on the screen: the sections stayed closed, the written report is empty, the page keeps waiting.

We never ask for card numbers, codes from your bank, or your password, and we never write first asking for them. A letter that does is not from us.

3. If you want your data deleted

Ask us to delete your account with everything attached to it and we will. Details of what is stored and for how long are in the Privacy Policy.

If the result was taken without an account, attach its link to your message. An anonymous record carries nothing else that could tell us which one is yours, and we will not guess.

4. Mistakes, sources and research

If a number or a sentence on this site looks wrong, write and say where. We check it, fix what needs fixing, and change the date at the top of the page so you can see the text moved.

Questions about the item bank, the norms and how scoring works are welcome from teachers, students and researchers. The materials the test is built on are public domain and we are glad to point at the originals.

Partnership, translation and press questions go to the same address. Please say plainly what you propose in the first message.

5. What we cannot do by email

We cannot read your profile and interpret it personally in a letter. That work is what the result page and the extended access are for, and doing it by hand for one person would be a worse version of both.

We cannot give medical or psychological advice, and we cannot assess anyone for hiring, admission or screening. The test was not built for that.

We cannot find a result whose link is lost. Results are stored without names, so there is no way to prove which anonymous record belongs to you, and taking someone's word for it would be the more dangerous mistake.

If things are bad right now and you need help urgently, please reach your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. This site cannot help with that, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting for an answer.
