This document governs the purchase of a digital product: full access to the result of a personality test taken on this site, meaning the closed sections of that result together with a written analysis of it.

The provider is the operator of this site, named in the details at the end of this page. For purchases outside Russia the payment is processed by lava.top, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record: the payment contract is concluded with lava.top, and their terms apply to billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. The report itself is produced and delivered by the provider.

The base result is free. The five domains, the thirty facets, your percentiles and the interpretations that come with them stay open to everyone, with no account and no payment.

What is sold is the extended part of that same result. One payment opens the closed sections built from your own answers and adds a written analysis produced for your profile. Both are made from one specific test result and belong to it alone.

What exactly the payment opens and what it costs are shown before you pay on the result page. The written analysis is generated by a language model from your profile, meaning the percentiles across the five domains and thirty facets, and it answers the questions shown to you before payment.

Paying for access is your acceptance of these terms in full.

By paying you confirm that you have read them, that you agree to them, and that you ask for production of the report to begin immediately.

The price is shown before payment and is final for that purchase.

Payment is a single charge made on the secure page of the payment service. Card details are entered there: the provider neither receives nor stores them.

The receipt or invoice for the purchase is issued by the payment service and sent to the email address you entered.

Once payment is confirmed, the closed sections of your result open immediately. The written analysis is produced automatically right after and usually takes about a minute more.

What you bought opens on the result page and through a personal access link, which is also sent to the email address you entered.

The product is treated as delivered, and the service as performed, at the moment the paid sections become available to you through that access link.

The report is digital content made to order from one person's result. It does not fit anyone else and cannot be resold.

By paying you expressly ask for performance to begin immediately and you acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example the fourteen day right for consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK), that right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun. This does not affect the refund cases described below.

For purchases made through lava.top, that company's own terms and refund policy also apply to the payment side of the transaction.

Technical failure. If the paid sections did not open, or the written analysis could not be produced and repeated attempts did not fix it, you receive a full refund.

Double payment or payment by mistake. Refunded in full if the report has not yet been delivered.

Complaint about the content. The report is generated automatically and is not professional advice, so a mismatch between its conclusions and your expectations is not in itself grounds for a refund. If the report arrives empty, cut off, or in the wrong language, write to us and we will either generate it again or refund you.

Deadline for refund requests: fourteen days from the date of payment. Write to the support address in the seller details, stating the date of payment and the email address used for the purchase. We answer within ten days, and money is returned by the same method it was paid.

The provider guarantees access to what you bought for two months from the day of payment: through that time it opens from your access link, barring something happening to the site itself.

After that we keep it for as long as we can, but the term is at our discretion and depends on how much storage we have. Save or download what you bought while it is open, because that copy no longer depends on us.

The paid sections and the written analysis are informational. They are not a medical opinion, not a psychological diagnosis and not professional advice, and they must not be used to decide about hiring, firing, admitting or screening people.

The test measures ordinary personality traits in ordinary people. Decisions you make about your own life after reading the report remain yours.

To deliver what you bought the provider needs your email address and your test result. The language model receives only an anonymous profile: the percentiles, the sex and age if you gave them, and the name of the comparison group.

What is collected, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted are described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is established. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country of residence.

The provider may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your payment applies to your purchase; the date and number of the current version are shown at the top of this page.
